01 How do I place an order?

Click the services menu above. On the services page click the item you would like to order. On the items page choose the quantity of the item you would like, Then click the continue to check out button. verify your item on the check out page then click continue to checkout, Enter your Delivery location, Then click the continue to checkout button, On the Payment page enter your credit or debit details, then Click the pay button. Your order placement is complete.

02 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through most Credit cards & Debit cards like

  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Visa Electron
  • Switch / Solo
  • UK Maestro

We also accept payments through payment gateways like Google Checkout, PayPal, Moneybookers & Bank Transfer. You can also pay with Cheque.

03 How do I send my files for printing?

You may send your files to with a description so we can know who you are as a customer. If the email application you are using wont allow you to send files larger than you artwork size then you may send it from our files upload page. Please complete the necessary fields on the page to help us identify who you are.

04 Which file formats do you accept?

The file formats we accept are, .jpg, .svg, .tiff, .pdf, .png, ,.design, .xcf, and .eps but We prefer pdf that does not contain fonts.

05 Do images need to be in RGB or CMYK colour?

All you artwork must be in cmyk colour mode.

06 I like your prices but what if i need a different paper?

We can print on a paper of your choice, so drop us a line at and we will be happy to help you.

07 Will the colours be exactly what I see on my computer screen?

Not necessarily, it all depends on the colour profile that is set for your screen. It is possible that we achieve the same colours or it may slightly different. If we receive a file and the screen output colours is drastically different from the printed out. We usually alert you before continuing with print. To be on the safe side convert your artwork to cmyk colour mode and use a colour wheel to match the colours in your artwork so you will have a better view of what your printed artwork should look like.

08 Do you offer a print only service?

Yes we do offer print only service i.e without finishing or design. For more on print only services please email with your questions.

09 How long will it take to process my order?

We are a 24hr online printing service company therefore most orders are process within 24hours, in some cases even the same day (that's less than 8 hour printing service).
